Our evaluations include: Clinical Observations Standardized Testing Case history, including medical status Education Cultural, and linguistic backgrounds Information from teachers and other related service providers

Cancellation Policy

Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy Please let us know as soon as possible if it is necessary to cancel your child’s session. There is no charge for canceling or rescheduling your child’s therapy when adequate notice is provided. Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the following rates: Late cancellation (less than 8 hours notice) = $15 No-Shows = $25 We will be implementing a “3 strike” system, which means after 3 no-call/no-shows, your child will be taken off the schedule. After this action has taken place, there is no guarantee of receiving the same therapy time. Please be on time for your child’s appointment. If you are late arriving the session still needs to conclude on time so that the rest of the day’s schedule can remain on track. Ex: Appt is at 1:30, you arrive at 1:13, your child’s session will be over at 2:00 regardless. Extended times must be discussed with the director. We recognize and appreciate all the parents who come on time and attend 75% or more of their child’s visits. Attendance is related to progress and this is often used by insurances to grant us therapy
